Just thought I would update you. The problem must have been with iPlayer itself and within a few days all was well. We are very pleased with TV Proxy and have recommended it to other expats out here. How do I renew my subscription for another month?

Just a quick note to let you know I've managed to log-on and I'm delighted with the way it works. When I emailed you a few days ago I was in a hotel room in Singapore and perhaps something on the hotel network was preventing the site from loading. I'm now back in Hong Kong on my own network and it all works as advertised.
I appreciate your prompt support and I'm very impressed with the iplayer.

Thanks for the last 5 weeks that we have spent in Greece with our campervan receiving BBC and iPlayer successfully. We even had Radio 5 live early this morning on a satellite internet link off the Greece/Italy ferry for the Japanese Grand Prix. We were contemplating a 1.4m dish for our winter break in Spain but the site we use has wi-fi so it's TV Proxy instead now. Once again many thanks for making the technology possible.
